When it comes to black and ethnic Designers, you really have to be a cut above the rest, yes, you really have too. Even to advertise (sorry BBB Crew), you to re - invent the game! Thats why we take up the Initiative of the Hart Culture Philosophy - 'ADVERTING', because there is no competition in Advertising for us. We are what we are, and our history of beauty and enterprise dates back vover 10,000 years?
Lets face it, Britain is only a couple hundred years old, and Europe is even younger. We can not sell ourselves as 'Products' and 'Brands' to compete in a 'Consumerist Market', because nothing we do is 'Cheap!! Everything takes time, money, divine energy, divine power and imagination. How can this be sold, folded and packaged in one 'Advert? It just doesn't fit us at all.
Legair Brand is Up and Coming, however is already technically established. People know of her, and what Legair can do (becasue they have sampled many many times before). Now, its put your money where your mouth is time, and experience what LEGAIR is all about. Excellence.
When you wear a LEGAIR Brand Design, you need to ooze elegance and poise. It works both ways, The women has to carry the value too, not just the clothes. When you wear an Armani, Prada (eek!), Nike, Adidas Gucci, Chanel, a dash of Tiffani's, Givenchi, Hermes and all the rest of the Greek Gods in waiting, you can look like a chipmunk and appear as Afrodite herself! (The joy of enchantment). We all got a taste of that kind of 'Magic' when Disney came out with the film Cinderella, who unfortunately stayed out a bit too late, and her dress along with her beauty deleted itself at the stroke of 12pm?

Legair started off in the business from humble backgrounds, and after leaving the Commonwealth Island of Dominica - West Indies, Legair relocated to New York in 1987, (US States) to thread through a career of Fashion with elegant ?ow. The Parade has set the tone for our Future Catwalk Women of Excellence and has helped to showcase the new work of the 'HC Originals Collection' by Creative Director - Ms Chermiah Hart.
Legair sources her fabrics and enjoys going shopping for those one off or special designs. Most of her year is spent doing events, charity awareness events close to her Hart, promotions, running her boutique, Adverting online and foward planning her next showcase.
The beautifully orchestrated Photography was produced by Oliva Garcia. Arthlene has really come along way on her own steam to get to the Hart of London, and showcase her talent. HART CULTURE TRUE VISION (HART CULTURE TV) is an online Video and Multimedia Platform for Non - Tradtional Audiences in the UK. The Channel boasts over 150 Independently Produced Videos and over 25 Playlists, where you can find the EXCLUSIVE Interview with Arthlene Legair in London just before leaving to catch her plane back to Columbus.
HART CULTURE T.V. (True Vision) was bulit to showcase Artist's like Legair. Where is Hart Culture T.V. Today? HC T.V. now boasts over 100 hours of recorded interviews and Media with Writers, Authors, CEO's, Directors, Publishers, Celebrities, Great 21st Century Personalities and Events. HART CULTURE T.V. has already been sited and become a source at research level for University Graduate Studies.

The major sponsor and contributors of the Show included Seeds Of Elevation (Entrepreneur Suraj Odekunle), Radical77 Music, Bubbles FM, Heavy Wind Media, SPARK Arts & Cultural Journal, Cross Atlantic TV, Cross Atlantic Radio, Times Of The Caribbean, Funder - Hart Culture C.I.C. and the one and only (quite literally) Better, Bolder and Blacker Media.
The event was suppoprted by Nigerian heavy weight Media Company Bubbles FM and Cross Atlantic TV. Community events are usually challenged when it comes to Fashion shows and main stream visibility, however, The Annual HC Fashion Parade always seems to cut through those cellophane layers in the Industry completely defying the odds. The show was done on a shoe string budget (literally), with the Crew wheeling about the Dresses, Frocks and Evening wear from Ms Harts Flat in Prince Regent. 11 Models rocked up on the night, and all was done unpaid. This is a great example of how the Community can not only pull together, and get something positive done, but talent already inside the Community can influence achievement and confidence of generations to come. Legair is said to be organising her next trip to London enroute from Paris Fashion Week, this year around the same time, 2015.
